This 3-part series is exclusively for people who are still taking precautions to protect themselves and others from covid-19 (such as masking, regular testing, air filtration etc.).
Navigating an ableist world that has abandoned people with long covid, those particularly vulnerable to severe consequences of an infection and anyone who doesn’t subscribe to the eugenicist logic of ‘living with covid’ can take a massive toll on our resilience.
This is a space that welcomes the full truth of this experience and offers you simple, adaptable and portable tools to hold yourself in stressful situations with more compassion, greater freedom and stronger boundaries.
The sessions will take place via Zoom on Mondays over three weeks. The dates are:
Session 1: Monday, 23 February 2026 from 6-7:30pm GMT
Session 2: Monday, 2 March 2026 from 6-7:30pm GMT
Session 3: Monday, 9 March 2026 from 6-7:30pm GMT

A note on accessibility:
Some of the resilience practices involve gentle physical movement, but this is not a requirement. You can do them in any position and even when energy is low. We will have a break in the middle of each session. Zoom offers close captioning, cameras are optional, content will be offered in written and verbal form, and you can participate either verbally or via the chat.
